Retorika for Multiculturalism Ltd. is a nonprofit organization established in 2018 and based in Nazareth. We design and run educational workshops for high school students from different communities. Our goal is to bring young people together and give them the tools to learn, talk, and work side by side. We also support educators through teacher-training programs, run in partnership with Jerusalem Peacebuilders, so that the work continues in classrooms every day.

We believe that real cooperation starts when students meet each other as equals. In our workshops, students from different backgrounds share a room, take on a shared challenge, and discover how much they can achieve together. Along the way, they build confidence in public speaking, critical thinking, and how to conduct proper research, skills that serve them long after the program ends.

Our programs include Model United Nations (MUN) and Science in-school courses; two annual MUN conferences, where 300 students debate global issues and practice diplomacy; and international student delegations that connect our participants with peers outside the country.

We work in Arabic, Hebrew, and English, and we welcome schools that want to give their students a meaningful experience beyond the textbook. At Retorika for Multiculturalism, every workshop is a step toward a society where difference becomes a starting point for shared work, not a barrier to it.
